What students are saying
Rebecca -
Photographer
“I've gained new food photography clients, including a print magazine, since learning to tether. Tethering also allows my clients to see the photos in real-time during a shoot, which makes for a more collaborative process and increases their trust. Thank you!!“
Diana -
Photographer
“My shoots are now shorter, more effective, and I edit on the go. I take far fewer images, and the resulting shots are much closer to my vision. Virtually "shadowing" you on your shoot made me realize I could utilize it more fully to speed up my workflow“
Jen -
Photographer
“Tethered Flow fundamentally changed the method and order I photograph. It’s a huge time-saver and I’m blown away by how much better my images have looked in just days.“
Anne -
Photographer
“With the troubleshooting guide in Tethered Flow, I was able to overcome connection issues right away. Courses like this that show another professional photographers workflow are truly helpful as I’ve been able to dramatically change my workflow.“
Cindy -
Photographer + Blogger
“Shooting tethered allows me to see what I am actually doing! When I learned that you can adjust white balance, curves, etc… and then have those adjustments applied to every subsequent shot, it blew my mind. Such a time saver in editing later!”

Who this course is not for
Photographers who have a solid tethering workflow and aren’t interested in learning how I tether.
Those who don’t own a camera. If you have an iPhone, this course isn’t for you. You need a camera that can tether.
Anyone how doesn’t want to spend $100 on essential gear to tether. There is a small cost to getting started and protecting your camera (our most important asset).
Landscape, newborn or portrait photographers. We only cover food photography. You’d be best suited to find another course in your niche.
Got questions? Check out the FAQs.
I dont use Nikon or Canon. Can I still take the course?
Tethering is about your creative workflow. I cover Nikon and Canon in this course as I wanted to share with you how my tethering workflow doesn't change between camera brands. Any brand of camera can take this course and together we'll find your workflow.
If you're not sure, reach out via chat and we can talk!
What software do you cover?
Tethered Flow covers both Lightroom Classic and Capture One. As tethering is about workflow, if you use another software, you can still join. You'll just have to translate what you're learning into your preferred software.
Can my computer tether?
You will need a computer that runs a certain operating system with sufficient RAM, memory, and a graphics card. This does change, so please check out the system requirements for each brand in the guides below.
Capture One system requirements
What gear do I need to tether?
Besides a camera, you will need a cable and cable protector to get started. I'll share the essential gear, but be willing to put $100 aside to get the gear you need.
Do I need a cable?
You will need a cable to tether. The one that comes with your camera is far to short to tether. I will share my two recommendaitons for cables and they are around $50. A good qualty cable is imperative. Taken care of it should last.
How are the lessons delivered?
The lessons are precorded and come both in video format and written text, with links.
Can my camera tether?
To check whether your camera can tether, refer to the software’s supported cameras guide.
For Lightroom, check out their list of supported cameras.
For Capture One, check out their list of supported cameras.
Note that Lightroom only supports tethering for Canon & Nikon cameras. Capture One, on the other hand, also supports FujiFilm, Sony, Leica, Nikon & Canon.
** What if I use different software**
Tethering is more about workflow than software. Software just enables the process. If you want to use other software you can, you'll be able to pick up tips that you can use in lots of other software. I do recommend using a raw editor like Lightroom or Capture One as it will save you import and editing time.
** How long do I have to take the course?**
There is also no time limit on the course, so you get unlimited access for the lifetime of the course. You can watch it as many times as you need to work on your techniques.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
You bet-ya! I genuinely want you to succeed, which is why I offer a generous 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply let me know within 30 days if you’d like a refund.
How can I ask questions?
As this is a mini-course and not a masterclass, this course does not come with a community forum or question support. I've put together a comprehensive toroubleshooting guide and FAQ section that will cover the questions you have.
If your question isn’t answered here, click the little chat box and send me a message! I’d be happy to help.
